REFUNDS
We're sorry you're not happy! Not to worry, Bonks are refundable within 20 days of the purchase date. At this time, we do not offer complimentary returns shipping or processing; customers are required to pay for shipping back to Bonks. Unopened Bonks must be untampered, in their original condition. Opened Bonks must be placed and returned in their original zip lock packaging. Panties must be in unworn condition. Note that we do NOT accept returns on sale, gift cards, gifted product or from third party retailers.

EXCHANGES
Bonks in their original, unopened packaging may be exchanged within 20 days of the purchase date. Opened Bonks are NOT eligible for exchange. Although we will not cover the shipping cost on returned goods, Bonks will take care of the outbound shipping of your exchanged good. Email us at returns@buybonks.com to get started.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
We do our best to ensure each pouch is in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can make it right.
